Winter Park, FL – The architectural firm of Lucia, Kassik & Monday, Inc. has announced the completion of construction documents, and application for a City of Orlando building permit, for the international headquarters of JVD Construction Company, Inc. The proposed 26,000 square foot office/warehouse facility will be located at 4308 North Orange Blossom Trail. The building consists of a 6,000 square foot, two story, corporate office structure which has been seamlessly integrated into the accompanying 20,000 warehouse, storage and equipment repair facility. The unique design eliminates the conventional stepped office/warehouse appearance so often seen in facilities of this type. Construction is expected to begin in early fall of this year and be completed in early winter of 2008.
