The 94,000 square foot facility was previously occupied by Smyth Lumber Company. The newly-remodeled design will include a new Grand Entryway, Reception Center, Design Center, Billiard Room, Home Theater, Full-function Kitchen, and Product Sale Center. The unique interior and exterior design incorporates both residential and commercial architectural features, and thus caters to all aspects of the building industry and home owner clientele. Construction is expected to being in early spring of this year and be completed in early winter of 2008.
