The initial prototype will be constructed in Columbia, South Carolina, with the Winter Park-based owners currently investigating Central Florida locations. The 11,000 square foot, two-story retro-styled structure will be built to Green Building Standards. Additionally, energy-efficient materials, features, and systems, along with rooftop rainwater harvesting, xeriscaping, and locally produced building materials will be utilized.
