Winter Park, FL – Lucia, Kassik & Monday, Inc., Winter Park, FL remodeling design has won the First Place Award during the annual Remodelor's Showcase, held by the Mid Florida Homebuilders Association. Lucia teamed with builder, Victor Farina of Farina & Sons, Inc to totally renovate the interior of a 1950’s Orlando residence. This award marks the 8th time that LKM has designed the winning remodeling project for the Parade of Homes event.
