The existing structure, built in 1956, was constructed with concrete block on slab with a low pitch gravel roof. In the remodeled home, square footage was added for a home office/additional bedroom. The existing carport was converted to a 2-car garage, laundry room and pantry. Also included in the design was a new roof system, upgrade to premium windows and a spacious courtyard. The transformation produced a beautiful Craftsman bungalow, an architectural style home complementing the character of the downtown neighborhood.
