Winter Park, FL – Eric M. Lucia, 28, of Lucia, Kassik & Monday, Inc. earned the National Council of Building Design Certification at the recent statewide meeting in St. Augustine, Florida. The successful completion of the certification exam bestows Eric with the title, "Certified Professional Building Designer" or "CPBD" and will receive the Seal and Certificate of the Council. The exam contains eleven parts, including 9 written and 2 design sections administered over the course of two days. Individuals must be engaged in the professional practice of building design for at least six (6) years to sit for the exam. According to James C.
