Phase 3- Construction Documents

1. Upon your approval of costs, we begin drafting the actual construction documents.
2. Consultants may include: Structural Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and/or HVAC Engineer.
3. General Progress Information: Documents and progress periodically reviewed by team members and client.
4. Work continues on documents.
5. This is a great time to have completed the Interior Design, Landscape Design, Kitchen Design, etc. so that all necessary information can be coordinated with final drawings.
6. Consensus reached about completion time frame by team and clients.
